If you look closely, you may notice that many on Patra’s account service staff have undergone a title change. Effective April of 2015, Patra made the decision to unite the team under the title of Client Consultant. The change was made to better reflect the full capabilities of the Client Services team.

Servicing more than 110 customers with more than 75 distinct processes, Patra’s team of Client Consultants have the knowledge and expertise to support nearly every aspect of agency processing. From advising on best practices for task workflows to helping reengineer an agency’s back office, Patra’s Client Consultants have probably done it for one or more of our clients.

“We wanted a title that signified the expertise and understanding that Patra provides customers, in addition to the day-to-day problem solving, management and hustle that the team provides on behalf of Patra,” said Jayme Beals, Senior Director of Client Services. “How do you tell the story of the customer advocacy, industry experience, training and management that our staff provides in the space of one word? I don’t think it’s possible with ANY word, but we had to create a title.”
