Patra has both U.S. and India-based operations centers. While most of the production is done in our Vizag, India, the U.S. operation handles specialized production tasks, implementation, mailing services and management. As a Patra customer, you’ll have access to all Patra locations and their specialized services.
The choice of India as a base for our overseas production was an easy one. Language, education and infrastructure make India the most popular choice for companies outsourcing skilled and knowledge based labor. A century of British rule has made English a commonly spoken language, taught to students from a young age.
Higher education is highly valued and accessible in India. Over 25% of Patra's workforce has master’s degrees in business, computer, or accounting. India has invested heavily in building a strong technological and communications infrastructure to attract U.S. companies.
