As our scope of services has broadened, we’ve grown our processing and customer support capacity with both U.S. and India-based operations centers. Most BPO production is done at our Bangalore and Vizag offices. U.S. operations include specialized processing tasks, implementation, mailing services and management. As a Patra customer, you’ll have access to all Patra locations and their specialized services.
