  • John Simpson - CEO/CO-FOUNDER

    John Simpson is an innovator with the heart of an entrepreneur. He’s spent more than twenty years leading software design and integrated ERP applications from ideas on the back of a napkin to leaders in the marketplace. Prior to co-founding Patra, John co-founded and led Cyberbills, named one of the top 25 web banking technology innovations of all time. John understands the importance of efficient internal systems to support the complicated needs of a service organization. As an entrepreneur, he knows that it’s vital for a business leader to have total trust in any partner.

    John holds a degree in business administration from the University of Richmond in Virginia.

  • Dave Tight - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Dave comes to Patra from business development roles at Freeborders, Inc. and KPMG Consulting. His experience in identifying initial solutions for clients in complex industries has proven a great asset for Patra. He sees the big picture challenges our clients face and develops solutions that enable our clients to realize a new way of doing business. As the first Patra representative most of our clients meet, he's focused on matching the right Patra team to each client's needs.

    Dave is a graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio and holds advanced degrees from Stanford University and the University of Tulsa.

  • SIMON DAVIS - CFO

    As CFO, Simon leads all financial reporting, oversight and analysis activities at Patra. Prior to joining Patra, Simon spent the majority of his career with ‘Big 4’ accounting firms KPMG and Deloitte. There, he specialized in providing financial reporting, consulting, M&A and restructuring advice to management teams and investors in insurance brokerages, service providers and carriers around the world. Simon brings this experience when partnering with other Patra executives to develop and evaluate strategic and operational initiatives that drive Patra’s growth and address the needs of our customers in today’s market.

    Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from the Universities of Nottingham and Bristol, UK, respectively.

  • MATT EASTERLIN - COO, INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS AND ANALYTICS

    As one of Patra’s first employees, Matt built the organization’s operational foundation in India. Now, Matt focuses on Patra’s operational data management and has introduced significant improvements in the tracking, management and reporting of data across hundreds of applications and clients. Matt’s humble and thoughtful approach to business, people and customers, along with his broad knowledge of the insurance industry, will enable Patra to continue delivering consistent and efficient results for agencies.

    Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Stanford University.

  • LETICIA TREVINO - COO, US OPERATIONS

    Leticia began her insurance career in the workers’ compensation claims arena. She acquired her technical knowledge through working as an adjuster, a claims consultant, a claims manager and as Vice President of a third-party claims operation. Leticia joined Heffernan Insurance Brokers in 2000, where she was able to utilize her skills in establishing her role as Commercial Broker, Manager and Vice President. In her current role as Chief Operations Officer, Leticia is in charge of all US operations, including oversight of the service teams with a focus on customer experience all while fostering client relationships.

  • SEAN KENNEDY - VICE-PRESIDENT, IT

    As Director of IT for Patra, Sean manages and oversees Patra’s corporate IT systems in the United States and manages India-based processing systems and client networks. Sean comes to Patra after managing a number of IT systems and networks for Fortune 500 corporations and start-ups. His expertise lies in data security as well as managing IT compliance requirements, allowing Patra to address the complex security, regulatory and access needs of our customers. Sean has worked with Patra since 2006.

  • JONATHAN PYLE - VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION

    Jonathan brings over 25 years of HR and operations expertise to Patra, having worked with such companies as Target, Pitney Bowes, Kay Jewelers, and CyberBills, and most recently served as VP of Delivery for ThinkHR. As a founding member of the management team that introduced the ThinkHR Live hotline service to the insurance and brokerage communities, Jonathan brings deep industry experience to Patra and will work to create new HR-related services for Patra customers.

    Jonathan holds an advanced degree in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

  • PAUL MISSO - VICE PRESIDENT, QUALITY AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

    As the VP of Quality and Process Improvement for Patra Corporation, Paul is responsible for leading his team to deliver improved company results via quality systems, best practices and process improvement across all functional areas. Previously, Paul has held C-Level positions with RYDE, Rescue Products and Marquiss Wind Power, and Senior Director roles at Flextronics and Intel Corporation. He is a highly-motivated, results-oriented organizational leader with technical, operations, supply chain, financial and marketing experience.
