Business Process Analysts
We have openings for Business Process Analysts, to work as
part of a small team responsible for process engineering and knowledge transfer.
This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and requires frequent travel,
both within the U.S. and to our subsidiary in India.
Responsibilities
- Interview customers and gather requirements
- Analyze and document customer requirements
- Design high-level business process workflows
- Organize project rollouts
- Train production operations team on business process & customer interaction
- Convert project to production and handoff to operations management
- Continue project management for process enhancements over time
Qualifications/Training
- Undergraduate degree (liberal arts or business preferred)
- Extensive Windows and Internet application experience
- High-level project management or planning ability
- Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
- Comfortable leading groups
- Comfortable with extensive travel (internationally as much as 50% and domestically as much as 25%)
Additional Information
- Insurance familiarity preferred but not required
- Interest in or familiarity with Indian language, culture or business useful but not required
- Engineering and software development experience not required
Process Executives - India
Patra is hiring Process Executives to work at our subsidiary
Patra India BPO Services in Vizag, India. Process Executives are responsible for preparing and delivering
certificates of insurance to the respective parties, as well as checking insurance policies.
Minimum of Bachelors degree required. English speaking and reading ability required. Day and
night shifts available.
