How it Works

How it Works

The following is a generalized summary of how a typical project is implemented at Patra:

1.

Our implementation team comes to your facility to learn and document your processes and requirements. This can usually be accomplished with a one-day meeting at your offices.

2.

The implementation team delivers the documented processes to Patra India, where they train a dedicated team of professionals on your specific processes.

3.

After trial processing, work requests are emailed or faxed by you to your Patra India team at a rate that is comfortable to you. Your Patra India team remotely accesses your systems (identical to remote use by your current employees), performs the requested work, and delivers the resulting documents in the exact manner and with the exact look that you use now.

4.

You always have the ability to view the status of any work being performed using our worldwide process workflow web application, as well as seeing live statistical data on completed work.
