You know, everybody talks about being like a family, but it truly is. You feel that. You feel like you’re part of it. You can tell it’s not just words. You see it in every avenue of every position.

We are supported. We are encouraged. We our questions are answered.

The collaborative spirit, the teamwork spirit, how management and leadership really take the time to listen and look at all perspectives before final decisions are made, these are all breasts of fresh air.

I think I’ve loved Patra’s outlook on things or the way that they care for their employees.

Because we all are virtual at Patra, there’s kind of a concerted effort to keep everybody engaged.

My teammates, we’ve never met in person, but we just get along so so great.

Literally, everybody that I’ve talked to has just been so kind and welcoming and kind of said, hey. If you need anything, reach out to me.

Here, I’m a single mom of three girls. I love that Patra encourages a work life balance.

Everybody helps everybody. So I think the work life balance just goes hand in hand with that, and they encourage it.

And with the diversity inclusion, that’s something that’s very important to me, and this company is it just excels at it.

I feel like the pillars that it stands for for the integrity, the honesty, to making sure you do the right thing, all these things are definitely actively being done.

Honestly, just have to say that I would recommend Patra because you all have been so good to to show not just, hey, we care about our employees, but you actually are putting action to the words that you say.

Patra actually talks the talk and walks the walk.

I wouldn’t refer somebody who is a good friend if I wasn’t, you know, very happy and impressed with Patra.

Like I said, it’s it’s this is probably the best move I’ve ever made for myself professionally.
