Inc. Magazine Unveils its Annual List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies – the Inc. 5000
For the 4th time, Patra appears on the Inc. 5000, ranking No. 2,902 with three-year revenue growth of 137% 

Inc. magazine revealed that Patra is No. 2,902 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. 

Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists as well. This year’s Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500 percent, and a median rate of 165 percent. 

“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism.” 

 

Insurance Business America Announces its Annual List of Top Insurance Workplaces
For the 3rd time, Patra is recognized as a top insurance workplace 

Insurance Business America confirms Patra as a Top Insurance Workplace for the third consecutive year. Of the participating companies, only 67 achieved Top Insurance Workplace status.  

The process to become a 2020 Top Insurance Workplace was divided into two phases. In the first phase, Insurance Business America invited employers to nominate their organizations to be considered. In the second phase, employees from nominated companies were asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity. 

In order to be considered, each organization had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Organizations that received a minimum score of 4 out of 5 or better, were named a Top Insurance Workplace. Patra employees overwhelming chose to respond to the survey and their responses once again earned Patra this status.  

 

Sacramento Business Journal Releases its Annual List of the Fastest Growing Companies in Sacramento Area
For the 2nd year, Patra is featured on this list, ranking No. 30 

The Sacramento Business Journal released its annual list of the Fastest-Growing Companies, revealing that Patra is No. 30. To qualify for the list, companies must be based in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer or Yolo counties and need to have posted at least $200,000 in revenue for 2017. The 2020 list is ranked based on percent growth from 2017-2019.  

The Sacramento region is proving to be a hub for fast-growing companies and Patra is proud to call El Dorado Hills home. Companies everywhere are facing unprecedented challenges this year, but earning this recognition helps fuel us as we respond to adversity and maintain our growth momentum.
