With nearly 2 decades of experience in agency operations, Jacqueline brings a deep understanding of administration, training, and both commercial and personal lines sales and service. She has played a pivotal role in coordinating the successful onboarding of new Patra clients and services, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge to streamline processes, ensure seamless transitions, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
