Account managers simply forward requests to their Patra team and the certificate is issued seamlessly, increasing accuracy, reducing time spent on certificates and lowering costs. Roughly 40% of certificates are requested on a “rush” basis and issued within 1 to 4 hours of the request, addressing critical resource challenges.
