For 2 straight years, Patra is recognized as a Top Insurance Workplace
The process to become a 2019 Top Insurance Workplace was divided into two phases. In the first phase, Insurance Business America invited employers to nominate their organizations to be considered. In the second phase, employees from nominated companies were asked to fill out an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on several metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.
In order to be considered, each organization had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Organizations that received an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace.
“It is exceptional to realize Patra employees evaluate their workplace so positively. It was my intention from the beginning to create an environment for employees in which they feel motivated and supported and being recognized, now two years in a row, as a Top Insurance Workplace shows that we’re accomplishing our workplace goals,” says Patra CEO John Simpson.
Patra is one of only 53 companies recognized as a top place to work in insurance from the hundreds of companies that participated in the survey. Patra employees overwhelmingly chose to respond to the survey and provide their rating of the company, ultimately earning Patra a higher than average survey score.
